French mercenary Maxime Roger Henri Barrat, born June 15, 1989 in Orleans, France, is a member of ICE and reportedly paid $4,000 per month. He previously fought with Kurdish militias in Syria in 2015 under the callsign Gelhat Azadi and is allegedly connected to the PKK and Belgian secret service. He is expected to deploy soon, likely to the Nikolaev shopping center area.
